Semprebon Carla

 

 

Carla Semprebon, painter and engraver, was born in Verona where she completed her studies at the Liceo Artistico, majoring afterwards in architecture in Venice.
She attended the free courses at the Academy of Fine Arts in Verona and also the International School of Graphic Arts in Venice. She is a member of Associazione Culturale Incisori Veronesi and of “Atelier Aperto” in Venice. She took part in the V advanced stage of engraving, held by Master Oscar Manesi at City Art Centre in Cagliari. She had a stint at “Arteria Grafica” in Madrid, where she designed and printed her works. She then participated in the 40th edition of the national competition “G. B. Cromer” in Agna (Padua), winning the first prize in graphics. She realized two folders of engravings (“Entropia” and“Kairos”) and two artist’s books (“Citta nello Spazio” and “Cambiamento di Prospettiva di Percorsi Astrali”), published for the International Centre of Graphic Arts in Venice.
